I love the wrap! It's convenient & fits where I need it to. I like that the plug has all the international attachments so it can travel with me too. The size measures exactly as stated.
This is great because I can put it directly on the areas that need it: My shoulder, my varicose veins, my stomach for GI issues. After 3 weeks of using it daily, I have noticed a big difference in improvement & less pain. While it is working, if it is directly on skin, you can feel something happening inside your body. I do not feel this if I use it over my clothes, so I have started making sure it is on skin.
My teenage son uses it on his knees from playing sports & has noticed a difference too.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
