I purchased this as a present and it did not disappoint. He uses it after golf/pickleball for all his aches and pains. It is easy to hang over shoulders, chest, back or waist. If it is specifically for joints, I would recommend the joint wrap for better fit. I'm hopeful this will help in recovery for years to come.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
