After quite a bit of research into the different companies who sell red light therapy products, I settled on Infraredi due to their Canadian affiliation and high quality products.

What I didn't expect was their top tier customer service. Like most people, my online shopping dramatically increased over the past couple years. Infraredi has by far the best and most responsive customer service and post-purchase communication I have seen for years.

I've already recommended Infraredi products to my friends and family and I can see myself purchasing a larger red light unit in the future.

I am very pleased with the device. It arrived in working order and does everything as expected from the reviews I watched on YouTube. I have begun using it every day and look forward to seeing if the health benefits materialize. In the meantime, it is warm and relaxing to stand in front of.

waited a couple of weeks before writing, almost immediately my sleep improved. I use it in the room at about 7pm to light it up, helps me get ready for sleep cycle. then I use it hanging on my wardrope door, usually 10 mins close up. Feel warm and as though I've been in the sun. early days yet, suffer with back pain and hips, have been concentrating on these areas. the service is amazing, so well packaged, instructions emailed which is handy, the unit is high quality. Very impressed. Go bigger I say, get the floor stand

i'am 65 years of age .My erection have alway been full on.Because of the 10 min of the Max 2021 ,they are know harder, fuller ,my girlfriends words.This with only 30 days of use.

Only had it a short while but seems like it’s doing something as I always feel better after a session. Look forward to using it every day.

So far I'm loving my Infraredi slim lite! The size is excellent for using on specific parts of the body. I use it mostly to help with inflation caused by plantar faciitis and it really is helping! After finding out so many thing red light therapy is helpful for I've been using it for all sorts of things.
The customer service I recieved throughout has been amazing. Very quick responses to all of my questions. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience!

I am impressed with the high quality built into this product - it’s a sturdy little unit. The features like the timer and the R/NIR work well and are very functional.

I received product in a timely manner. All follow-up with the company was handled quickly. I was hesitant to order because there is so much scamming going on, I just wasn't sure this was even a legitimate company!
My hesitation was laid to rest after I received my Infradredi Slim Lite and set it up. Very easy to use, instructions are great! I have several areas that need this device. Arthritis in my hands has bothered my for some time and after one week, I can grip again! I also used it for age spots on my face, and although it's not gone yet, it has faded substantially. I would recommend it for anyone with treatable aches and pains. Too soon to tell what it'll do for my belly, but I will provide feedback once I've used it for a month in this area.

Since a few weeks I have used the device almost daily on my face to improve my acne (the infrared light). Although it is still too early to draw conclusions, I feel like my skin is slowly improving. After the first week of using the device my skin was angry and breaking out a lot (that is normal with the treatment of acne though, for your skin to get better the impurities first need to come to the surface). Although my skin is not clear yet, at the moment my skin has less active acne and fewer new zits. The remaining acne is also less painfull and seems to heal faster than it used to. Additional benefit is that my (hereditary) dark circles seem to have improved as well! So I am very curious to see how the quality of my skin will develop from this point on :).

I love the feeling I have using my red light panel. I do wish it came with instructions and how to use. Looking forward to seeing my results
