We bought this for my husband to take as he travels a lot for work. We have one of the bigger panels at home. It really seems to help with his back pain/neck pain when it flairs up, and my tendonitis that I’m prone to. We love these infraredi red light therapy devices as they are legit, work well, and provide true red light therapy benefits vs some of the other junk out there. 10/10 recommend!

Great little unit on the whole and extremely bright!
Sad it doesn’t come with a little stand or with the option to buy one.
Its not dimmable either unlike another Ive seen on another site after purchasing this as its extremely bright even with goggles on!
I do however like the fact its portable and rechargeable.

I like the size of this unit and the fact that it’s rechargeable; very portable!
It is a little difficult to hold onto but I had read a suggestion about using a cell phone pop socket and that was a perfect solution. I like that I can direct the light to specific areas around my head and neck.
I would have appreciated a manual for using the Infraredi light. I had borrowed a larger system from a friend so I know what could be available. When I emailed the Infraredi team they provided guidelines but it would have been appropriate to send a manual or a link to a site for guidance on use.
Overall though, the unit itself is perfect for my needs.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
