The Infraredi Body wrap Plus has been a game changer for me. Figuring out how best to incorporate this technology into my daily routine has been challenging, but by far the wrap plus is the best I think, because it can be used comfortably in bed, walking around and walking. It gives me immediate pain relief and the heat is relaxing and therapeutic. I feel the joint wrap is working well. I have much fewer bad days. I'm taking off one star because the battery's life is extremely short. It needs to be recharged every 4-5 uses which seems pretty excessive to me. I also think it would be a good idea to have more than one size joint wrap. It's extremely large on my knee and don't think I'd ever be able to use it on a smaller joint (ie. Elbow).

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
