I did research many before deciding on the Infraredi Flex Mini.
The ordering and delivery were 1st class. Arrived within days.
One problem was the suspension door hanger was missing… quick email to customer services and resolved quickly … again only days.
Unit really welll constructed and sturdy. I chose for the touchscreen digital display. Really glad I did. All the programmes immediately available and adjustable

You do have to be very close to the unit for NIR (100mm)
As it’s affecting the mitrocondria the visible effects will be delayed or not apparent directly. However I’m sure it’s working
Overall I would now get the 1/2 body style as opposed to the smaller one now that I’ve made it part of my personal care routine. That said I’m very pleased with this unit and the customer service

Awesome unit and very well constructed. Not so sure about the pulsing feature or the optional hz settings. Could use a little more description on the use of those setting and when one would choose to use them. Some ideas might be great for mounting it parallel with the floor. Very impressed so far.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
