Very pleased with my purchase, been using it for a few weeks now and my tsw skin has improved a lot with less inflamation and redness. 7-10mins in the morning most days is all that i've been doing. Hopefully this continues.

I have been using the infrared I slim lite for about three weeks now. I have used it on my right knee which has been giving me trouble for the last couple of years with pain. I enjoy walking and swimming and I would have to stop the exercise because of the knee pain. I would become depressed not to be able to continue with the activity. I have found by using the infrared Iight every day for about 15 minutes is improving my length of time to continue with the activities. I am not pushing the process but do feel it is helping. I will continue to use the product. I am impressed with the quality of the product, it is very sturdy. I have had a chiropractor friend review the brand and item and he has approved it for use and said it was a good little machine. I was happy with his advice. I would recommend the product. I plan to use it for other health benefits as well.
